We host casual events where you can come ask us questions about the market, steps to homebuying (or selling), get information on the tax credit, etc... These have been a great place for buyers without agents to meet us and so far all who have pursued buying have chosen to work with us! But no pressure, this is not a sales meeting, this is time for us to drink a beer (or tea, or coke, or whatnot) with you and answer your questions.
